So it's been a while since this was updated. Still going to UNT working on my bachelor's in History; hopefully I'll have that knocked out in at least another semester and 1/2.

Another note: Family trip to Australia in July that I'm super stoaked to go, never been so it's just going to be myself, older brother and Dad. He's from there but my brother and I have never gotten the opportunity to go before. Itinerary is Sydney-Canberra-Melbourne.

Summer is here, pool time, chilling, summer concerts, good friends, good times.

Take care all.

Just general history; the classes are grouped into A: which is US B: European and C: which is Asian/Middle Eastern/African and you have to do so many from each. So far I've taken more B group than anything but some of them can count for either like my Maritime History Age of Sail class could count as an A or B group but since the majority of the classes focus was on European I counted it towards that.

Better watch my accuracy on European History?
One of my 1st year tutors advised that for exams ".... whatever you do, stay away from the French Revolution...". It was part of his doctoral thesis and he was a tough marker.
Naval history kind of threw him though, especially 'Crossing the T'. And he hadn't a clue what 'jumping ship' meant, he thought it was jumping overboard whilst at sea??
Hope all goes well!

Thanks; a majority of my classes have dealt with the French Revolution in one form or fashion; one of my classes had started from that time period on 'Intellectual and Cultural Trends in Modern Europe' and others just graze over it; last semester though we had a special guest lecturer who I believe had his thesis in either the revolution or some specific aspect of it.
